What is the process to order from your company?
First: let us know your requirements or application.
Second: we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Third: customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourth: we arrange the production.
Fifth: If need take photos of goods before shipment, we will take photos of goods and send to you checking. Then arrange the shipment.
About production:
1. After sample approved, clients pay 30% of full invoice as deposit, then we start production.
2. We send photos or issue mass production samples to clinets for inspection after production finished. Clients inspects goods in factory or third party inspection are all acceptable.
3. We arrange shipping as clients' request after payment of balance

Q: Are you trading company or direct factory?
A: We are factory, welcome to visit us:)
Q : How to get a sample?
A : Usually, we provide reference sample free of charge while you afford express charge. If need sample follow with your design that would charge sample fee, but while you order quantity is large we would return the sample fee to you.
Q : How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A : You can use your DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. If you don't
have a courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account, and then we deliver the samples to you by courier.
Q: Can we order the Quantity lower than your MOQ?
A: Yes, but we have to ask for surcharge to make it up to raw material suppliers.
Q: OEM & ODM service
A: We provide customized OEM service and ODM service with professional designer.
Q: What type of logo format should be submitted to make my own printing?
A: We accept AI /PSD format or JPG with 300DPI resolution
